Nedd help with creating a signature field

Hello, I need to create a field so users of my form can type in their signature, not all the users will have a signature

For the signature field, I selected the Draw option at the menu line (I am using PDF’s displayed in the browser rather than using the Adobe Reader application to display the form) and this tool let me draw my signature.  I don’t know if there is a better option to capture signatures.  We do have signature pads that can be used to capture a signature using a digital pen with the pad.  The signature pads are from Topaz. I am not sure if there is a way in Adobe to capture signatures using this pad or not.
