Nee to open AT LEAST TWO adobe files, and sometimes MORE! In SEPARATE WINDOWS. New Adobe:TERRIBLE

Question

I want to open AT LEAST TWO adobe files, and sometimes MORE! In SEPARATE WINDOWS. Adoble needs to fix this immediately. In addition to the new Adobe being TERRIBLE, when Adobe automatically opens within GOOGLE, that is a NIGHTMARE. UGLY. I will be shopping for what Adobe Acrobat used to do, in an clean manner, where I could attain, compile, read, and organize multiple files for scholarly medical and literary work. From looking at the 1st thing I saw in this 'community' I saw that multiple windows for separate files is not possible???? Well, after struggling with that for a while now, see that the new Adoble is a failure. Will this be fixed, or not????
