Need Assistance with Third-Party Application in Adobe: Preventing Automatic File Opening

We utilize a third-party application that generates numerous reports in Adobe. However, the application's behavior of opening multiple files as tabs upon creation leads to Adobe crashing. Is there a way to prevent the automatic opening of files, allowing us to create them without generating a preview?

      Hello, are you saying no option in Adobe or Adobe distiller can be changed to stop the preview?
