Need Comment Summary without signature Acrobat Pro DC

This is possible by using a script to generate the summary, instead of the built-in function.

Looking at the screenshots and details given above, I believe you are willing to remove the author name and other information like time & date while exporting only comments? 

Sorry to say, there's no such way of eliminating only this information and keeping the content only. 

You can change/hide only the author name by selecting all the comments from right hand comment list right click>Properties>General>Author and edit the name. Rest of the information cant be removed.
