Need help changing text direction

Hello. I have a scanned book written in traditional Chinese. The characters are set vertically, from right to left. I want to edit the characters so that they can be read from left to right horizontally. I have run OCR and am stuck at the text format. Tired rotate page but with no luck. Does anyone know how to rotate the text? Any help would be appreciated.
