Need help creating a template from an existing pdf form

All the guides are outdated or more likely I'm an idiot; but I can't find where to create the actual template file that I want to ultimately insert into an existing pdf form with the goal of hiding/showing it based on a checkbox selection. Plenty of guidance on the second part, but I'm lost trying to figure out where 'Document Processing' is and other suggested directions to create a template in adobe dc pro? My interface doesn't have these accessible, maybe? Any guidance greatly appreciated!

Correct answer Thom Parker

Is it the 32 or 64 bit version?  The tools are arranged differently in the 64bit version.

But in general you'll find tempates on the "More.." menu in the "Organize Pages" tools.
