Need help with editing my PDF's

I am having issues editing my PDF's. It is not allowing me to move freely around the page as it did in the beginning. Anyone else have issues with this? What fixes are out there?

Go to View - Show/Hide - Rulers&Grids and tick off "Snap to Grid".

Using Adobe Acrobat DC, some forms were word docs, some were google docs. A few weeks ago I had no issues at all with editing any documents. Now It only allows me to move items into certain areas. I cannot move freely in the document like before.
