Need help with Multiple page (9) PDF with one Clickable Form

Hi everyone! I've finished making a 9-page PDF. One of the pages is a clickable type form needed for a membership application.  It's forcing my client to pay and download Acrobat X or Adobe Reader X.  Does anyone know of a workaround? Is it possible to do this?  Any help would be appreciated, thank you so much community!

I made all my pages in Figma, then transferred them to Adobe Acrobat Pro (continuous release | version 2024.002.20759). Flow:  + Create > Multiple Files > Dropped files > Combine > Saved.  If this is a portfolio, then that was made by accident. It should be a regular PDF NOT Portfolio. I've looked through 'Options' and noticed there's an option to 'Save as PDF Portfolio' which is checked (I did NOT check this.) I suspect this is a default setting. Thanks for your help 🙂

Use Create > Combine Files Into a Single PDF, or open one and drag the rest into the pages panel.

Forcing them, how? And why that ancient version of Acrobat/Reader?

All they need is a current PDF viewer, like the free Adobe Reader.

I'm using the latest version of Acrobat Pro.  This is the prompt I receive when trying to open my own document.

That's not a document.  It's a portfolio.  How exactly did you create it?
