Need help with OCR and REcognising Text in Document - Devanagari and Tamil Fonts installed in Creat

I have a file that contains text in Devanagari and Tamil, I want to make corrections to the text, and when I try to run an OCR and trying to use RECOGNIZE text option, there are only few languages, My PDF when converted to Word as .docx I see only gobbled text

 

I have necessary fonts installed in My Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription, Need help

It has nothing to do with which fonts you have installed on your machine. Acrobat can only perform OCR in some languages, and these are not included in that list, I'm afraid.
