Need multiple signatures on PDF fillable form

I created a fillable form in which I will need multiple signatures.  It's a generic form that we will use for jobsite meetings.  We will need those that attended the meeting to sign.  We're trying to do this all electronically.  I created the form with mulitple signatures, however when you sign in one place it signs the same name in all of the signature spots.  How can I prevent that from happening?  Everyone will sign the form on the same tablet so there is no need to forward it to anyone until it's been submitted/approved.  I am trying to make this a web form so that I can just send the link to my foremen.

If that's the case you didn't use signature fields, as they can't be a copy of one another. Each one of them has to be unique.

Did you maybe use simple text fields?

Give the signature fields different field names.  This will solve your first problem, but you may have another issue with multiple signatures. Multiple signers not being able to sign on the same device.

The signing behavior depends on the PDF viewer on which it is signed.  You may want to explore using an Adobe Sign form.
