Need script for calculation

Hi 

 

I have 20 boxes in my PDF form and in the end, I have added a text ( total no of selections).

 

I need your help with a script that automatically counts the selected check boxes.

 

like if I have selected 10 boxes it shows that, (Total no of selections : 10)

 

Please help me with how can I do that.

You don't need script for this, set checkbox export values to 1, then in total field go to calculate tab, select 'Value is the' leave it as 'sum+' and 'pick' the checkboxes.
