NO! Do not convert a file to PDF if you want to edit it. Convert it to something else, like a Word file, edit it there and when you're done convert it to a PDF. It should be the last step in the production process, in most cases.

You need Adobe Acrobat DC subscription in order to convert a file to PDF.

You can try File Converter - video converter, audio converter, image converter, eBook converter  . You just have to upload the file , choose the file format as pdf and then convert.
