Need to correct a link

I just need to correct a link that was mistyped so that the hyperlink works correctly when someone clicks it. As far as I can tell, the only way to do this is to completely recreate the entire document. Otherwise the link will remain even if you delete the entire line of text it’s in. I’ve been searching adobe’s useless help pages for an hour trying to fix it. You can’t contact them for ANYTHING! Everything is just, “go back to our “customer service” page and tell us how much more money you want to give us!” I think this company is shit and if you can avoid it you should. Honestly how much more difficult does life need to be? They also constantly log you out of the software because god forbid you look at a PDF without a software license. I hate this company and I hate this software.
