Need to De-Register Acrobat from Previous Old System

Hello My Community Friends!

I have an urgent request for assistance.  I need to De-Register Acrobat from Previous Old System(s) in order to reactivate the registration code on my new system.  I receive an error saying the serial number is in use by maximum number of systems, which is comical since I only have 2 devices.  It has never given me this error message before in all the years I have had Acrobat and burned through multiple laptops.

 

How to deactivate an app that is no longer supported (or even listed in my digital locker) is an important question for this community.

- What version of Acrobat is it?

- Do you still have access to it on the old computer, or did you uninstall it?

If I can read it correctly, is says 11.0.20.  Screenshot enclosed.

No, I do not have access to the old systems.  They are long gone, broken, and surly no longer in service.
