[need to download] Acrobat Pro X

Hi I hope someone can help.

I bought Adobe Pro X back in 2011 and it has always worked well for me. Have had an issue with my laptop and now need to reinstall so I have logged onto my account and there is a record that I have bought this product and registered it but under the manage account/orders there is no record of my order to click on to get to the downloads page.

Any ideas?

Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Install then enter your serial number.

I went to the Adobe site chat and the representative sent me here to the forum when the links provided to me didn't work for me (access to the server denied).

I am perfectly happy with my Adobe Acrobat Pro X (circa 2011), but the Pro downloader available is 2015 Classic. When I downloaded the application and entered my serial number, it says my serial number is invalid. But it's the serial number in my Adobe account on the Adobe site.

I would like to install my Adobe Pro X on my new laptop under Windows 10. Is this still possible? If so, how?
