Could you please let us know if this issue started happening recently or if you've been experiencing it for a while? Understanding when it began will help us troubleshoot more effectively.

Additionally, please check the version of Adobe Acrobat Pro you're using. You can do this by going to Help > About Acrobat. Ensure your application is updated to the latest version 24.05.20414 by selecting Help > Check for Updates. Once updated, please restart your computer and check if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, you might try resetting Acrobat’s preferences to their default settings. You can find the step-by-step instructions here: How to Reset Acrobat Preferences

Hi,

 

It happening recently. New computer (Win 11), new installation. I had a lot of computers and versions and never experienced something like this. On my old notebook everything works correctly.

I tried some advices you sent me and this happened (see attachement).
