New Acrobat Reader

I am not happy with the new Cloud Based Reader and want to downgrade but when I followed the link to do so got a page with an error message. 

 

Reason for wanting to downgrade : Cannot access the old menu for reader and no ability to select a page to go to at the top like in the past. Very unhappy 😞

    Reader is not cloud-based. It's an application that runs locally on your computer and performs all the tasks regardless of the cloud. You can use the cloud for storage, or for some additional features (if you pay for them), but that's about it.

    Your issue is with the new UI (like many others). To go back to the old UI click the Options button at the top left corner and select Disable New Acrobat Reader.

    Thank you, was able to find the Disable option and went back to old viewer.
    The new one simply did not have the options I liked, for example the
    ability to select a page at the top of the screen.
