New Acrobat UI Bug: Printing from Organize Pages defaults to Selected Pages without manual selection

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing, and we understand how annoying the extra step can be if you do this many times a day.

A couple of quick questions to help pin this down:

1. Have you started experiencing this after the recent update, or was it occurring earlier as well? 

2. What exact Acrobat product and version are you using (check Help > About Acrobat), and what OS? Please try updating the application to the latest version  26.001.21771 Planned update, Aug 01, 2026  

This looks like a new, unreported regression rather than something on your end.

A couple of things worth trying in the meantime:

• Go to Help > Check for updates. Acrobat ships small updates roughly every two weeks, so if this was already flagged internally, a newer build might have it fixed.

• For now, the only workaround is to press Ctrl+A or click All each time before printing, since there is no visible setting to change this default back.

Since this does not seem to be documented yet, it is worth reporting. Please share your exact Acrobat version, OS, and a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity. Also, share the Acrobat diagnostic logs as described here: https://adobe.ly/4heY59c for further investigation and to isolate the issue for the fix.
