New Adobe Acrobat DC missing "Add CC" when sending for signatures

The new version of adobe acobate dc is missing the ability to "Add Cc" as outlined in the redbox on the older version of Adobe.  I use this feature alot.  
If it is available please let me know where to find it.
I have clicked e-signatures and in the box that opens I can add signers or approvers and click on "Recipeints must sign in order".  There is an option to delete or add recipients and then I can cancel or prepare document.
There is no obvious "Add Cc"
