New Adobe Version - Just Why?

While using the older version of Adobe Acrobat and having issues with it crashing, running slow, documents not opening, etc.  I finally broke down and enabled the newer version of Acrobat.  What a pain in the A$$!  Do the people that create these new versions even use the program?  Why move the toolbars around?  What is the point in that?  Why can't I have the quick action toolbar attach to the side panel or up at the top?  I do a lot of screenshotting and this stupid toolbar is ALWAYS in the way!  When I zoom in to 150% and the entire document is not showing - there is not "left to right" scroll.  Not to mention, the "All Tools" toolbar, why can't I make this smaller?  It takes up so much space!  I would go back to the old version, but everytime I do, it crashes.  For the amount of money us customers pay for this program, you would think it would be better and Adobe would look at all the discussions and comments and just switch back to the older version and fix the problems that everyone was having.  You don't change what is broken (toolbars, etc.) This version is complete S#@$!!.

Wendy, you're not the first to ask that rhetorical question! Thousands have chimed in with similar comments about Acrobat's new interface.

This forum is a volunteer user-to-user help forum that's hardly visited by Adobe. So...

Let Adobe know:

You can voice your opinion about the new interface at UserVoice: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/47082691-ditch-t...

Be sure to VOTE (click the button in the upper left) and also leave a comment about your opinion and experience with the new interface. They need to hear from users.

FYI, UserVoice is Adobe's official website where it reads and takes into account suggestions and complaints from users of its various products.  On the other hand, this community forum is a user-to-user help forum and information posted here rarely reaches ears or eyes at Adobe.

Hi @WendyWoo22

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

We are actively working on all the feedbacks and we will address them with the highest priority. The new experience is an exciting step forward for Acrobat's future. But if it doesn’t suit your needs, you can still revert to the previous experience.
