New iMac M3 with Sonoma can't install my Acrobat Pro

just downloded from my Adobe account & its impossible to install my Acrobat Pro on my new iMac M3

"installer" seems to be stuck at 75% for over 20min

trying 3x times, redownloaded the "AcrobatPro_10_Web_WWEFD" from my account on Adobe, still not able

only 1x computer is activated & Acrobat is turned off on my office comouter

what is the issue, i need Acrobat for my Dr practice ?
