New Instance of PDF Form

Hi there -

I'm creating a new form for a set of inspections we are going to perform.  These will be done via iPads.  I would like to use a PDF form, however I do not want the people using the form to accidentally save over the template document.  I would like a "fresh" version of the form to be opened every single time, much like a .DOT file in MS Word.

Is this possible?  I've tried looking in the settings but cannot find anything.

Thanks!

There is nothing in a form that can affect the operation of the filling in this way. The iPad Acrobat Reader does not appear to have any such feature, in fact it seems impossible NOT to save, there is no actual save action. Probably because the iPad will kill any app without warning; everything must be saved the moment it is done.

Copy the form and open/fill the copy.
