New Issues with downloads not formatted correctly

Hello, 

I am having a new issue with my documents not formatted correctly once they are downloaded, causing large gaps in the documents and turning 1-pag docs into 2 or 3 pages. I have used the Adobe Help center to search for updates available, and there are none. I've also use the Help center to repair the installation, but I am still having the issues. 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as I need to get these docs out to clients asap!
