New layout is not user-friendly - have to search for everything

The redesigned interface is difficult to navigate. Features and tools that were previously easy to find are now buried, requiring users to search for basic functions. The new layout adds unnecessary steps to common tasks and reduces overall productivity. I would strongly recommend restoring more intuitive access to frequently used tools or providing a way to customize the toolbar.

You actually have the old layout in your new Acrobat. Go to the View menu and select Disable new Acrobat, restart the system and you’ll return to the previous version UI.

Adobe didn’t so much eliminate features but distribute them. If you find you need one of the latest features unavailable in the old UI, you can switch back using the View>Enable new Acrobat command to use that feature, then switch back again.

    Hope this helps,
