Could you kindly elaborate on the specific functionalities or aspects of the new Acrobat that you find challenging or cannot use effectively? We are eager to collaborate with you to address and resolve any issues you encounter.

 

We acknowledge that the new Acrobat represents a notable change. However, we hope that as you get familiar with the new interface, you can be more productive & get more out of Acrobat.

Try allowing customization of the too bar. The "Save As" button is gone and I've seen comments of other buttons removed. Allow customization will hugely help productivity and user experience. I have no idea why you would cancel that option from the previous version.

click on menu, then disable New Adobe... 

Agreed. The new version is horrible.
