New Windows 11 pc installed last week.

When grayscale is selected, the preview is colour and prints in colour.

@Banjo2025 a little more detail is needed....what is the name of the printer and model?

If you just installed Windows 11 on your PC, did you also upload the printer driver to your PC as well. Maybe, including an updated firmware too?

Sometimes just updating the printer drivers and firmware will do the trick

New PC - New Windows 11

Printer Drivers updated for Epson ET 5150

Acrobat uninstalled and reinstalled still the same

Can print grayscale from browsers.

Appreciate any help. IT couldn't fix either
