New windows desktop computer; Acrobat PRO looks different;

I got a new desktip PC and when I installed Acrobat Pro, it looks different that the old desktop version that I had. The prior version that the tools that you seen in the JPG on the right side. Is there anyway I can get the old look back or can you look at the JPG of the new Acrobat that I have uploaded with this post and tell me if I have installed the correct program? Also, this new one is freezing frequently (despite this being a brand new PC and working with very small PDF files).
