Newer version required problem

Hi, I'm in Turkiye and I'm trying to apply Canadian Consulate Visa. I need to fill some forms like IMM5257 and IMM5645 in English, but I received a message below. Reader app on my computer has already been updated but I cannot understand the problem. Can you help me about my problem? Thanks in advance.

    As mentioned by the expert, you have opened the form in a web browser, which could be the problem because some files are not meant to be opened/viewed online.

    You are most likely trying to open a Dynamic XFA (XML Form Architecture) PDF. To view such pdf documents, we recommend downloading the file locally and opening it in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.

      Don't open the file in a web browser.

        Thanks for your response. However, it doesn't matter whether I open in browser or Adobe. I opened the form in Adobe, filled and printed it but the Canadian Consulate system doesn't accept it. System said to me "You need to use newer version." I really don't know what I need to do...
