Newest update, cannot locate the comments tool.

I must be missing something; the comments tool is no longer visible as an option with the new update. I use this tool 90% of the time to make highlights and notes on documents. Please help me locate where the features are for comments.

    I go to the classic interface, when I can't find my tools immediatly. I change back later and check that, when I have 5 minutes to spare. BTW: most of my tasks can be done faster in the new interface.
