No Data or Profiles in Preflight

Question

I got a new PC and  downloaded Adobe. When I went Print Production-Preflight there is no data of profiles. I need to flattened documents daily. I have tried reinstalling. It works on my laptop but I need it accessible on my PC. Help!

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.

Please ensure your copy of Adobe Acrobat is updated. To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

Also, try resetting preferences, if you are sure you can do that: https://adobe.ly/4ipJfJO;

If this doesn't help, try the Acrobat Cleaner tool to uninstall Acrobat: https://adobe.ly/4ilPuhD;
