@Cmcmillan as per @ravinderg62643219 and @S. S , maybe try a clean install of the Acrobat, and remove the previous versions of the trial and other Acorbat? The cool thing is Adobe created a tool called the Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) Cleaner Tool, a software utility to remove unneeded or corrupted installations of applications from Adobe Creative Cloud, or Creative Suite 3 or later.

Pick your OS if it's windows or Mac and download the correct tool for your use!

Hi @Cmcmillan

Thanks for posting your query to Adobe.

If you have Adobe Reader already installed on the machine, it must be auto upgraded to Acrobat post your purchase or you can sign in in Reader and start the upgrade when prompted.

If you don't have Adobe Reader on your machine, the installer must be downloaded at your default download location. If you could not find it, please got to adobe.com, login with your Adobe ID and install Acrobat from there.

@Cmcmillan Adding to Ravi's comments,

You can download the Acrobat installer from here: Download Acrobat installer for Enterprise term or VIP license (adobe.com)

Hope this helps.
