No files name after export to Word

For some reason i can't see files name after export PDF to Word, also in Start Menu and inside the other folders. I reinstalled the entire program, but it didn't work. I'm looking for a solution. Screens in attachment.

    I doubt that this is an Acrobat problem. What is your OS and version?

    Winodws 11 and Office 2019 both up to date.
