NO guarda los archivos en pdf

Buenas tardes.

Cuando se va a guardar el archivo de word a pdf., se queda bloqueado no guarda y no saca ningun error como si tuviera un conflicto con el ofice 365

@jairo_augusto_1967 This is what I have normally done in the past. I sometimes forget which one I use as I don't use Word all the time. You could use Word's, built-in PDF creation methods. Try and use Word's "Save As" PDF feature: go to File > Save a Copy (or Save As), select PDF (*.pdf) from the "Save as type" dropdown, and click Save. Alternatively, you can use the "Microsoft Print to PDF" option: go to File > Print, select "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the printer, and then click Print to bring up a dialog for saving your new PDF file. Both methods leverage Word's native functionality, ensuring the PDF is created without relying on the potentially conflicting Acrobat integration.

Please let us know if you are using MS Word's built-in option to save a Word file to PDF or the Adobe Acrobat ribbon. Could you please share the screen recording of what happens? 

If you are using Acrobat on the machine, please try creating a PDF from Acrobat.

- Launch the Acrobat.

- Go to Menu > Create > PDF from file. 

- Browse the file to create PDF.

 

If the issue still occurs, share the application and OS version.
