Question

No longer able to rotate document

With the new Adobe Acrobat upgrade, we can no longer rotate the document to create a spine on the pdf book cover template. The only reason I use Acrobat is to create book covers. I am unable to sell books that don't have the title and author written on the spine.  The lettering needs to be down, instead of across. An error message is shown now in Adobe Acrobat saying that the document can't be rotated after if is e-signed. And this error message shows up even if there are no words on the pdf!

If this Adobe Acrobat upgrade is not removed or amended, I will need to cancel my subscription.

How are you creating the file? If it's digitally signed then you indeed would not (and should not) be able to edit it. That would happen in any version of Acrobat. If you want to sign it, do so after rotating and editing the file, not before.
