No longer will convert files

Up until last week, I was able to convert PowerPoint slides to PDFs. Now every time I try, I get an error. I've tried several different files to make sure the file I was trying to convert wasn't corrupted, but it still won't work. Also when I try to send the file to myself via email, I get an error. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Logging out logging back in. Restarting my iPad and phone. Nothing is working! HELP
