HACE UNAS SEMANAS ADQUIRI LA MEMBRESIA PREMIUM Y EN EL CELULAR SI PUEDO USARLO TOTALMENTE AL 100. PERO ABRO MI SESION EN MI LAP TOP Y NO ME DEJA, ME PIDE QUE INICIE LA PRUBEA GRATUITA Y COMPRE NUEVAMENTE UN PLAN. ALGUIEN PUEDE AYUDARME CON ESE TEMA? GRACIAS.

@ROBERTO_LOPEZ SANDOVA4956 what's with ALL CAPS? Writing in ALL CAPS is a form of screaming online (be kind please, it's all about netiquette).

You need to uninstall the trial version. I would use Adobe Cleaner from adobe website versus using any third party cleaner. Adobe Cleaner helps remove old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers. https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Then log back into adobe.com on your desktop and install the apps. And it should work great soon after!
