No 'OK' in javascript calculation

Am doing a calculation in Forms for the first time.  I enter (what I believe to be the correct) script, but the option to press 'OK' does not show - the Javascript editor only shows 'cancel' or 'go to'.  I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but would appreciate all advice.
