No Pages Selected

I have a whole network of users who are trying to print PDF documents, but are unable to.  They select the printer, hit print and then received the dreaded "Document cannot be printed.  No pages selected."  I've run through pretty much everything.  It works for a bit after I restart the print spooler, but that isn't a solution, only a Band-Aid.  I need this to be fixed temporarily.  We are running Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015.006.30244.  It is installed on a 2012 R2 terminal server.  Additionally when I ran the pre-flight syntax issues I received a warning about an "unexpected value for this key," but I can't see any error in the report.

I have the same issue with Reader and a Windows 10 system. i tried all the workarounds suggested to no avail. This was never a problem until the last update.
