NO PUEDO FIRMAR DOCUMENTOS CON ECRTIFICADO DIGITAL

Hola, buenos días.Mi problema es el siguiente:Hasta hace pocos días firmaba documentos con mi certificado digital pero ahora me resulta imposibe. Cuando llego a la pantalla de firmar, pulso el boton de firma y el programa no hace nada.He revisado mi certificado digital y está todo en orden. He reinstalado y actualizado el programa a la última versión y sigo con el mismo problema.¿Tenéis alguna solución?Saludos y Muchas gracias. Jorge.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear that.

Please ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. Go to Help > Check for updates.

Try once to reboot the machine and check if the issue still occurs.

If the above steps do not help, check if the issue occurs with a particular PDF or any PDf on which you try to add a digital signature.

Please share the Acrobat and OS version used on the machine. You may use the steps as suggested in the following help document to check the application version: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
