No puedo proteger multiples pdf / We cant protect multiple files

Hola, les comento, nuestra organizacion necesitamos proteger muchos documentos escaneados en PDF pero no podemos encontrar una opcion que todos los archivos queden sin poder imprimir y sin modificar protegidos por contraseña, se debe realizar uno por uno, es rediculo ya que estamos hablando de cientos de archivos, un colega nos mostro que Nuance PDF  tenia la opcion y adobe acrobat no.

 

Hello, in our organization we work with very much files and we need update all documents, but the problem if we cant find the options for protect multiple files, We need disable print and modify in all documents. The options does not exist?

Do you want to apply the same policy, and the same password, to all files?

What version of Acrobat do you have?

Thanks for answer, yes we want the same password  and same policy for all documents.  Version : 2022.003.20263

If that's Acrobat Pro then you can use the Action Wizard to do it. Go to Tools - Action Wizard - Create New Action and add to it an Encrypt command and a Save command. Click the Specify Settings button under the Encrypt command and enter the details of the policy you want to apply. Make sure to untick the "Prompt User" check-box, though. If you don't want to overwrite the original files change the settings of the Save command, too. Your Action should look like this:

 

 

Then save the Action and run it on your files, and you're done.
