no puedo ver mis documentos, queda cargando la pagina

En el inicio al presionar la pestaña de documentos, no abre nada y queda la rueda marcando como si estuviera cargando, anteriormente me aparecia ahí mismo los documentos salientes y los entrantes, tampoco me aparece las plantillas que habian sido guardadas.

If possible, could you try using the browser in incognito mode to check if the issue is reproducible? Also, try using a different browser on the machine or on a different device.

Hi Tariq!

 

I just did the incognito mode and didnt works, also I tried in many others browsers and its the same thing.

 

Tried too on the phone without wifi and its also the same.

 

Its been more than 3 days that having  this problem. Is some other people experimenting same?

Its hard been paying a suite and dont receive the service.

Hola yo estoy experimentando lo mismo, soy de chile, tengo 3 cuentas y las 3 me aparece el mismo error, trato de ver documentos y no carga nada, estoy complicado ya que necesito trabajar con este programa, tambien intente de modo incognito y no funciono
