No refund after cancelling plan before 14 days

I was paying for an adobe subscription but no longer needed one because my school provided me with one. I didn't realize that my annual subscription autorenewed and I cancelled it a couple of days later. From my understanding, I've read that if you cancel before 14 days after the purchase, you would get a full refund (Cancellation details for common Adobe plans). I assumed I would get a refund a few days later, however, after about a month I realized I never got that refund. Is there anyone that can help?
