I'm not clear on the full issue. Are you adding text to a comment in a PDF, then posting it, and then see only the last words appearing when you move the cursor over the comment?  What happens when you click on the comment to edit?

When posting to the forum giving full steps and details of what's happening will help with people in answering the question, Adding screenshots will help communicate the issue better as well. Include what version of Acrobat are you using, and if you on Windows or Mac.
