No way to update Acrobat Pro 11.0.15?

Hi all

I have a user who is running fully updated Windows 10, Office 2016 and Acrobat Pro 11.0.15.  When I open Adobe and to go the Help menu,  Check for updates is not available.  Not that it's grayed out, it's not there?  She is an admin on this computer.  Any ideas?
