I apologise mistake in wording Title. It should read 

non-Adobe settings for Powerpoint "Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Add-in"  accuracy? minimal Window Size worked for me.

Otherwise, same image in revised PowerPoint is reported as replaced. 

You should keep all of your "compare problems" posts together, instead of each time posting a new topic. The answers will be more rewarding to you.

Except for the reboot, that sounds like black magic. Are you sure that the images were not changed? Images are very sensible and non visual changes may trigger that.
