Non renewed Pro acct not yet expired

Hello, 

 

Can anyone help me to understand why I paid for an annual AdobePro acct from November 2022-November23 and it is cancelled?  I have it set on NON renewed but I already paid for one year.  It will not allow me to log into my files.  Seems illegal to charge someone for an annual contract that is paid and no refund was requested or issued and not allowing the access?

Do you get an error?   

Make sure to be looged into you account and then Go to 'Help' tab in your Acrobat Reader and choose 'Install premium features' from the drop-down menu.
