Non-responding errors

Why does Acrobat have "non responding" errors multiple times a day.  This is VERY annoying

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble.

 

What is the version of the Acrobat Application and the OS you are using? To check the app version, go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure it's updated to the latest version, 25.01.20643. Then, go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.


What workflow/steps are you taking when the error occurs? Please share a screenshot of the error message for more clarity. A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.
