Non subscription Acrobat DC reinstall help

Hello - I purchased a Dell PC about two years ago, paid for the pre-installed non-subscription Adobe Acrobat DC, and the desktop also came with a free upgrade to Windows 10 Pro (from Win 7 Pro). Just yesterday, I went ahead and did the Windows 10 upgrade. Is there any way for me to get my Acrobat DC installed back on my now Windows 10 PC?

Any help would be appreciated.

Acrobat DC is only subscription-based. If you had a non-subscription license it was probably for Acrobat 2017. That's what you need to download and install now. You can do so from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
