Nonstop ads and popups pushing features

Is there a way to universally turn off all pop ups, upsell attempts, and feature suggestions from Acrobat?  I get NONSTOP ads, feature promotions, and pop ups.  This program is almost unusable with all these popups, it's making it way harder for me to do my job.  I tried changing the preference for "show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat" but (1) that didn't work and (2) even if it did, that doesn't address the nonstop barrage of pop ups I incur what feels like every single time I even hover my cursor over this app.

Totally agree, those popups can get super annoying. You might try disabling Adobe’s “notifications and offers” under Preferences > General, then restart the app. I saw a step-by-step guide on https://mnpappsgames.com/ that helped me cut down most of them.

I get no pop ups or upsell attempts.  Feature suggestions usually contain a "don't show this again" check box.  Can you upload a screenshot example?
