Not able to Add javascript for a button

Hi,

I am trying to add a button for Image upload in a PDF form. There is no option to add java script as no action tab exists in properties of the button.

Can someone please help in this context. Is there any other way to add an image upload button ?

I am using acrobat pro DC. Please find an image below for reference.

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form".
